Thanks so much for visiting my site! A little bit about me…

 

I have lived in Wheaton, a suburb of Chicago, for 40 years..I have always loved design and art and being creative and throughout raising my 5 children I used that in various ways. My mother is an artist, and during the initial months of Covid quarantine I picked up a paintbrush and played around with acrylic paint and some canvases.I was encouraged by my sister that I might be able to sell what I had painted. After a year of painting and learning, a designer in town purchased about 20 paintings which gave me the confidence I needed to really jump in and make this a business! I was married at age 19, raised 5 amazing children, and now have 2 grandchildren! I am so happy to have found a hobby at age 50!

 I now see a beautiful sunset, the ocean, or the way the light hits the clouds and can’t wait to get home and paint! I believe the Lord is the creator of all things beautiful and I hope to bring glory to His name through all that I create!
